Wide spiral ramp to make two complete rotations, so that visitors from the media over the lawn at the highest point for views of Kensington Gardens and the cavity Bird’s eye view. Artist Olafur Eliasson and the award-winning Norwegian architect Kjetil Thorsen, of the architectural practice Snøhetta.
